Does this happen everytime there is a patch or was it just a glitch?

One of thethings the patch (supposedly) fixed was an bug where ANYONE could turn off your harvester using a line command. So it's possible someone did this to your harvester before the patch took effect.

But there's also an intermittent bug where harvesters will lose cash and/or power unexpectedly, so this might be the reason as well.

And there's always a possibility this patch introduced a new bug -- oh joy!
