Thread: question about harvisters and recorces
OK, im about to make a verry large perchis of about30 heavy harvistors, 5 from each of the different kinds, including 5 fushen generators (let me see there is mineral, gas, chemical, floral, water. and power ... if i mised a type of harvistor add 5 more on to the total). and i want to know about experimentation on them. What should I look for if i want the best harvisters price is not a matter but hopping to keep it somewhat resonable. Also i would like to know what web pages are most popular for finding where good recorces are. I know www.swgcraft.com is one of the best but im looking for others as well ... hopefully one that lists wp's for where I can get the best extraction rate from.
You can get: mineral, chemical, flora, gas, water harvesters. They all come in a heavy version that can currently be experimented up to BER13.
You can get fusion generators. They can currently be experimented up to BER14, although no one knows if this will change in the future.
Prices for those are all over the map and depend on your server economy, the competative environment, the business models of the architects you deal with, etc. Find some architects on your server and ask them.
ALL harvesters - personal, medium, heavy - take 1 lot each. The actual "footprint" (how much space they take up) varies by size, but the medium and the heavy versions have exactly the same footprint.
Use www.swgcraft.com AND contribute to it by adding things that you find. I'm not aware of any public sites that provide for sharing of waypoints. Most folks share waypoints with their friends but not random strangers.
You know that each character only gets 10 lots, correct? If you are new to the resource game you might be best off focusing on one or two types of resources (e.g., mineral, chemical) to learn the ropes. Different resources have different target audiences and different qualities that people look for, so take some time to understand what types of things people want.
Good luck.
ZD is right, there were rumors that fusions were going to 19, but no word from the Devs.
Expect to pay through the nose for heavy gas - they use 7500 HQ metals in the final combine.
