Just wondering what the going rate for a PA Hall is. Server: Lowca, Style: Naboo, if it makes much difference.

You might want to post on your server forum...you'll probably get more feedback there. Though if it's any help, I've seen guild halls go for anywhere in between 150k and 350k on Sunrunner.

For a Generic Guild Hall I charge 350k otherwise it just isn't worth it. I've crit failed a couple

On Ahazi, people i've sold to started out offering 400k. I've seen several trade at 500k as well. Of course, the other servers all say Ahazi is inflated. Lowest I've seen is 300k.

On Starsider i charge 200k for a generic and 175 for a main planet guild hall. Its a pretty low rate, yet within my pricing scheme.
