Maireh (Nixen) from Kettemoor suggests you try this.
FYI if you still have problems with this command when doing harvester maintenance runs
It's kinda strange, but here goes:
Target the structure/harvester and type
/paymaintenance Maireh 50000
Where, obviously, you don't write "Maireh" but the name of your toon.
Strange, but it works - for me, anyway.

Do you use your name or the name of the owner? I rent lots from guild members - so would I use my name or the guild members name?

ive also found
/paymaint <name> <amount>
works also, its shorter

Well if you're going under the shorter is better theory: /pay name amount

you have to run the command once first ,, of course
or macro it
