Thread: Any plans for new houses or add on modules for existing houses?

sorry if this has been covored a million times already but i never visit this forum.
it occured to me that it be nice if we could get expansion rooms for our existing houses made by architects. i love my med. tatt house and its location but after playing for over a year 200 items fills up really quickly.
it be nice if the expansion rooms available could be added to an existing home and each expansion room would add....lets say50 more items of storage space with a 400 cap on total storage for each structure.
i know lot size might be restrictive but maybe the expansion rooms could also be added in and upward (top floor) or downward (basement) direction.
im sure this has been discussed in the past...any future plans for something like this?
