I have 2 houses ( med tat and small tat) that I bought very early on in the game, before they patched to allow us to build on other planets like Dantooine, etc. I once heard that you had to buy new deeds post patch because the older prepatch deeds would not build on those planets. Is this true? Thanks for your help.

Right after the patch that put in player cities, it was certainly the case that houses made before that patch had the old restrictions, and the ones made after the patch had the new restrictions. So, for example, a pre-patch Naboo house could only be built on Naboo, whereas a post-patch Naboo house could be built on Naboo, Rori, and Dantooine.

I haven't checked lately, but I never heard that they fixed the old ones to work on the other planets. I would assume that your's, if it came before the city patch, won't be buildable on the other planets. The new deeds say right on them what planets they are buildable on.

I still have my first house...>Corellian Small.

If you redeed it now, it will show up on the deed that it can be used on the other authorized planets.

Bored of the Grinding. Taking a break for an unspecified period of time.

/agree

I did that to all of my older non-generic house deeds, so that buyer could see that the houses would be usable on the appropriate planets just as any other newer deed.
