I have a small Generic House and have been thinking about getting a larger house. Today I seem to have hit some sort of capacity on the amount of contents in the home. So now I NEED a bigger house. I assume the bigger houses have a larger capacity.

Before I go out there and get a bigger house can someone confirm that a bigger house can hold more stuff?

Also what is the maintenance costs on a medium and large Generic House?
