Does anybody know if that lifespan is RL days or SWG days ? I guess it is RL days, like maintenance use on structures, but if SWG days then I guess you should know by now. Am I the only person who thinks it is a bit weird that SWG days in terms of daytime/nighttime are short, i.e. you pass through several while playing, whereas all 'programmed days' for maint, decay etc. are based on RL days? what is the point of SWG days?

Good question *L*. I have friend who whenever he plays on one computer, its always nightime (even if its daylight for everyone else). Drives him nuts sometimes . His other pc is unaffected and displays everything in the SGW accelerated time.

I logged ina few hours ago, and the candles seem to be following time in RL days/hours/minutes/seconds, just like structures.

As far as the SWG days, yeah, its a bit strange. But my guess is that they did this, so that people in other RL time zones wouldn't be stuck in perpetual darkness or daylight. The programmed days (maint, decay, etc)follow RL, to keep us from going mad, cuz we'd have to stock millions of credits into our houses, harvies, etc if it followed the timer that is inplace for the SWG days.

Unless the fixed it from TC, when the timer runs out, they continue to glow until you pick them up. Then they extinguish.

hmm, so much for decay and renewable income then, I doubt very many are going to pick these up again once they have them placed 'just right', after all, how many times have you picked up a couch or a table to move it once you are happy with it's positioning ?

Confirmed that the candles do stay lit once they reach 0 days.

Indeed. This needs a fix.
