That armoire was a bug (as you know ) and was never meant to be craftable by players at all. The old "Master Armoire" is now the mid-range armoire in place of the metal looking one. There is a brand new one at Master Architect now that is really cool.

The metal looking one is now ONLY buyable with faction points. I think it is rebel furniture. That's how it was supposed to be, so I don't think we'll see it back in the architect tree ever.
