I have no idea what i'am doing wrong. I think I use to best resources and I add all the opitional things in their. But still when Experimentated with I can only get them up to +2???

How do I make those 40's + ones?

Please share me your secrects?

(and i have a few extra Experimentation mods on my clothes.
