Okay, I need to add: they have insulted the injury that was insulted when they added more insult to injury. My post in the publish feedback thread about the name-glitch has vanished without a trace!

The Dev's have added insult to injury. Earlier this week we were talking about crafted items with no names being reverted back to their stock name. Well, guess what? IT HAPPENED AGAIN AT RESET! Everything I have crated since Tuesday's publish until 6:49 AM EST this morning (which is when I stopped crafting and logged) has been for the million credit order a customer placed. ALL of it was without names. Thinking Tuesday's screw-up by SOE was a one-time thing, I started over. Now, it's all ruined. So, here's my rant...
When it comes to furniture, the only thing that separates one architect from another (apart from pricing and vendor selection) is the ability to do special orders, which most frequently for me, mean making furniture without names. With SOE taking that away, it's the tort equivalent of un-Krayting all weapons made by weaponsmiths, un-BEing all food/drink made by chefs, un-enhancing armor made by armorsmiths. Yes, yes, yes, I realize the examples I gave effect the quality of the items (largely those used in combat). BUT, my point is that architect has NOTHING to do with combat, so that is our equal. Why, why, why, why mess up the one thing we can do that's unique? Naming things "." is NOT an acceptable solution to me. This is pathetic. SOE doesn't care, clearly. Several CSR tickets prove that! Now, for the record, this screw-up has effected ALL professions (if a DE made a droid to drop on display without a name, it is now named, and so on, and so forth).
I realize mistakes are made and that this is an incredibly complex game. I understand that, and accept that things will happen. What I DO NOT accept is the 'head in the sand' approach in which SOE tries to utilize to hide from their mistakes. Nerfs are one thing, mistakes are one thing, non-acceptance of responsibility is quite different and will not be tolerated!

Glad this didn't happen to me.
This is as bad as them taking away colorization on names of crafted goods. And the reason for that was because "premium" auctions were being spoiled! LOL

Couldn't they just suppress the colored names in the Bazzar list? I go to details and Bam. Colored name and no spoiling of premium.... No nerfing. Make the intern do it.
