Any Architect's on Eclipse have a vendor where they sell Power Core Units? I need them for power droids.

hehe... good luck. Power cores are a royal pain to make - I think as a DE, you need orphans, right? (you can use one, don't need cases) ..
Seek your local Master Artisan... that's the specialty that makes Power Cores.

Unless the DE is going to make factory runs of the power droid, they can be orphans.
Also unless I went brain dead, I think the power core IS an architect item, not artisan. Artisan makes a power conditioner.

Power Cores are an Architect item.
Power Conditioners are Master Artisan.
Hope this clears things up.

Funny thing, I know Power Core Unit's are an architect made thing, that's why I wrote this in the Architect forum

It's a component built by Architects. Availible at 0001 for them.

I dont think architects enjoy making them either. I had a droid for a power droid a couple months ago. I ordered power core units from 4 different architects over a two week span. Each said they would make me a few. I had to pin one of them down in there shop before I actaully got them to make one for me. They take several artisan components, so it helps if you have some for them to use.

Wow, I just got real damn lucky and found a master DE who keeps a good stock of MA components (GP and Memory Modules) and the Power Core Units. So I've connected up with him and got a little business alliance going.

persoanly if you doing droid i think master artisan is most useful, and i did novice architect orignaly to make my own harvs as well as power cores, plus made fair amount money over the time from being able to build houses etc as i went. nearly all citys are setup now so most things architect make is limited from what i can see, but houses still needed every so often when people want something bigger or move planets. But of course main architect trade is furniture which does seem to sell pretty well if you want sub branch to go with droid.

and expect a huge rush for furniture when bonus ships are out since they are basicly giant houses in space.

The problem with Power Cores, is they take several subcomponents.... which each have their own subcomponents. So if they want to make a factory run of Power Cores, they have to first factory run a ton of sub-subcomponents, then run the subcomponents, then run the Power Cores. It's a huge pain in the butt. Not to mention, I understand the resources are a mild issue as well (reactive gas for one - not a common Architect stocked resource)
But that's why ya get the reluctance.
Best idea, pick up Architect 0/0/0/1 if you can, even just long enough to do your own factory work. Once you have a stock of say 1-200 or so, then drop it if you don't want it anymore.
It'll save you alot of heartache and frusteration in the end.

I'm a newbie DE. Where do I find a Power Core Unit? What/who makes it? It is an ingrediant to Power Droid Advanced?
thanks for your help.
