I sold my house to another player and i have to leave the game due to some work issues how do i go about giving my house to them and what happens if i delete my char to the house. Thanks all for your help on this matter

Get both your booties inside then /transferstructure (playername). I think the house poofs if you delete your char while you own it, but nothing should happen after you transfer ownership!

make sure you are targetting the structure terminal when you do it.... and don't be surprised if you both end up invisible til you relog!
