I want a medium style tat house by the way, i did read city halls can be tat style.

Yes, Tatooine houses can be put on Lok. I just put 3 down today.

The house doesn't have to be made by a Master Architect. Also, the house deed must have been created after the patch.

same goes for naboo on rori, and correlian on talus correct?

I have just crafted and placed a whole TOWN of Tatooinian style houses on Lok.
Be aware that pre-patch Tatooinian houses cannot be placed on Lok in most cases (some told me they could, but I have not verified it so far myself).
