Now I realize prices will more than likely drop on the cost of these asteroid resource repair kits but who in their right mind would pay that much to repair a vehicle?
I wouldn't pay 50k to repair one. This is the reward for buying the "Total Experience"? Newbs are gonna end up deleting these things.
Why didn't I preorder JTL?/sigh
Anyway, time to start harvesting steel and copper again. 7 swoops vs a repaired barc seems like a no brainer.

Well we sympathize, but probably should post this in the artisan forums.

1)I'm betting the repair kits will have enough charges that you can repair a BARC multiple times with the same kit.
2)The prices WILL go down post-pub24 when space mining becomes easier. The increase in extraction will have an immediate impact, and if the Y-8 becomes a truly viable mining ship then a substantially higher number of resources will get into crafter's hands, either directly or indirectly.
3)I think you missed clicking on the Artisan forum by a few dozen pixels.

It's just the one repair.

I hope your right, mining in space is a joke right now.
