I have absolutely no problem making BER14 Minerals. However, using the same steel as in the Mineral, I can't get the TFDPU to BER7 for the Chem

You are using lub oil for the chemical in the turbo pump right?

And did you get at least one Amazing Success during the experimentation?

What are the stats on the metal?

Yeah, with the Architect buff and those materials you should hit BER 7 if you get an Amazing.

Got it!

I guess I should have tried it again before posting.. lol

I think I know what happened... last week when I was messing around with the new buffs, I probably had the artisan buff still and forgot to get the architect one before trying to make the pumps.. hehe /duh

the one thing i am trying to buy are iron to use.

and last spawm of kammris iron only lasted 2 days on ahazi. and some player are selling it for 35cpu... rofl

I noticed that I had to experiment using fewer dots per Experimentation than I normally do, in order to hit BER7 on Ore Mining Units. I usually do 3+3+3+... and with some amazing successes I got an Ore Mining Unit with 99% experimentation but still only BER6.

Then I tried to go 2+2+2+... and voila! BER7.
