I sell ber 10 mediums for 40 to 50k but they sell slowly. But they do sell. If you want a faster sale then use 35k. Most ppl want the max ber if they can afford it. Any heavy needs to be max ber 13 or it just does not sell.....trash 'em, or sell real cheap.

oh my,

in business sense you missing the point. they not sel slowly cause of your price, its cause the demand is not very high.

but still in architct sense it dsont mean you got to sel them even lower. but its your choice to give away goods for under value.

to the original poster:

noone will buy a heavy with rate 10 since mediums with rate 10 are out there everywhere and have way nicer upkeep costs maintain and power.

heavies rate 13 is max you can make , so a 12 might sell if you offer them cheaper then rate 13 but not that much higher then a rate 10 medium (causer the more higher upkeep costs of heavies)

sadly heavies under rate 13 is a loss for every architect.
