Have you heard anything from the DEVs?
DO they realize how big of a problem this really is?

I see it has been listed in 'In Live' as 'Under Investigation/Priority Item'. since 3rd September, a week later and we are still waiting.
Way to go SOE !

Getting millions of units of worthless/unuseable resources instead of what we wanted is bad enough, but on top of that, we all know that we'll never be reimbursed in any way for this.

It doesn't help the db, if anything it adds to it. You still end up with the same raw amount of resource, but instead of being all of one type, they are of mixed random varieties. These will most likely be thrown on to a resource vendor instead of consumed in some product.

I'd recommend that you stop harvesting anything immediately. Why waste maint and at least the power on useless crap? I'm shutting down my harvesters this weekend.
75k solid petro fuel anyone? Anyone? Please?

Why dont we make a place where everyone can post thier unexpected resources and we can trade up. One mand junk is another mans treasure.

I see in the "Announcements Forum" around 11am that they say they have a fix for it "this morning" (not sure if that mean *this* this morning, or tomorrow *this* morning*.
I hope it really is....I'm running low soon on my Ore stocks...doing a 1000 Run of Walls...man there's a lot of Ore :-)
But, I was slacking for a good while on making stock of harvs and now I'm wicked behind and having to scramble to fill orders....that'll teach me to be a Slacker! :-)

Tell me about it, my static field has a 55% ore spawn right now and I'm getting hosed.

Looks like no reimbursement...the "notes" say the morphs were permanent...

Ahh well..at least it *seems* to be OK now....for now.....til something worse replaces it....
