Need help, can someone tell me what I need to build to mass produce small tat houses?

Do I need to place a factory?

What resources do I need?

A mini-guide please, I'm new to Arch& i need to help the guild

if you need the xp, then I'd suggest making them by hand as you will have to make wall modules in order to make houses and you will get good xp from them.

If you don't need it, then the main resources will be metal and ore

Structure factory is the one you need to place and it takes 2 lots to place. Once you've placed it, make a schematic from the components you have made and put them all in the factory. As far as i know houses do not come out in crates, they come out as deeds, although the factory will pull items from crates (walls etc) when it is producing items.

I hope this helps, if you need anything else, gimme a shout

I'd do like Aomircko said and do these by hand. A small tat takes 10 structural modules at 500xp each. It'll help you master architect and help your guild at the same time.

To mass produce things you need a factory. But for factory runs, it requires identical serial numbers.

Step 1 - mass produce X number of structural mods, X being 10 times the number of houses you want + 10

Step 2 - mass produce X number of light power cores, X being the number of houses you want +1

Step 3 - mass produce X number of small storage modules, X being the number of houses you want+1

Then create a schematic to make small houses, this will use up 10 structural mods, 1 light power core, and 1 small storage module (that is why you need the number you want +1). Also note, you need to use the same identical resources in your schematic as you do in your factory.

Go put all the ingredients in the factory, and shazam, you get a bunch of house deeds.

As other folks mentioned, if you are leveling up, I would recommend doing the sub-parts in the factory, but doing the final combine by hand.
