We (the players) dictate how the market goes. If they want to sell resources @ 10 cr / resource then I'm not gonna buy 1 and 2K resources from he or she. If they want to sell mass numbers they'll have to lower their price or wait till armoursmiths and weapon smiths need the stuff. I doubt if all the Architects refuse to pay that kind of prices things will drop, who knows maybe everyone may take a page and decide to not buy @ such high prices and those who are trying to make big cash from gathering resources. Raw materials should NEVER be extremly expensive. We (the players) must **edit** this in the bud.

with the current market price on ore and metal(4cr min rarely find, 5cr normal) and the market price for a house so low, An architect do not have the option to just purchase the resources require to build the house and then sell the house at a markup, since even at 4cr per resources the house would already be over 12k

I see resources for sale at 1 to 1... (rarely but sometimes)

2c : 1r occasially

3c : 1r ALL THE FRIGGEN TIME.... if you are paying more than 3c per 1r... you are over paying


I see alot inbetween 2 and 3c... I sell my houses/medium extractors for about 3.2c per 1r....

Resource costs are going to vary across servers. One server may have 10,000 people who want to make a living as miners, another may only have 100.

I have a resource shop on ahazie, I see resources usually going for 10 each on the bazaar. I sell for 4 cr each. The only thing I sell for more than that is amorphous gemstone, I have to go off planet to mine it so I charge 6. I have a fairly brisk business, god knows I need it cuz I am not making any money in the entertainment field.

I always buy and sell for 3c per 1r

If market shifts upwards so do my house prices , cant be helped.
