Have a medium house on tatooine and is out near Mos Taike and am interesed in making it either a hosptial, or a cantina. How can this be done?

There's nothing to do. Just name it and advertise. You're home can be used to recover wounds and BF just like a cantina or med center in the cities from what I understand.

If you have business skills you can charge an access fee, like a cover charge to anyone that enters.
