Thread: internal server error:invalid ingredient errors making components disappear when assembling.

This just started happening to me today. I purchased a new R3 unit with a structural crafting module. I had two orders for generic PA Halls, so I made the components in my factory, and went to final assemble the first one. When I tried to add the factory made walls to the schematic, I got this error:

internal server error:invalid ingredient

It would not take the walls, and my storage modules also gave the same error. I logged to see if that would fix it, and the problematic components then disappeared. I remade the now missing components, and assembled with no problem.

A few hours later, the problematic pieces reappeared in my inventory. I went to assemble the second hall, and I got the same error, only this time with the power core units and storage modules. I ran out of proper resource to make more, so I had to delay that sale until tomorrow.

Is anyone having the same error? Is it due to using the R3 as the personal crafting station?

Well, it's 10 days later, but I have experienced this same error.

It's related to the crates that won't open and server hangs. What's happening is the item actually makes it out of the create, but if you examine it you'll see that it DOESN'T HAVE A SERIAL NUMBER! This means the item is totally screwed and can't be used until the server resets.

If you relog sometimes these items will disappear from your inv entirely. Both times this happened to me the item reappeared after the daily downtime, complete with a serial number an it could be used as normal.

Hope this helps.
