Thread: Crafting Problem, Deleted CSR Ticket, etc.
I've been dealing with the most horrible thing the past few days. Let me take this from the top. I was working on crafting prior to the big patch a few days ago and I believe I logged out minutes before the server went down. The next morning, after downloading the patch I found things like my BP missing (back now) and brought a probot out of my inventory and he dropped deal on the spot. I was frustrated but the BP had scraps and if worst came to worst I could purchase another pre-nerf probot.
So here it goes, I started getting to work on my next batch of orders. I got the walls. storage mods, structure mods, and power units from my crates/work the day beforeand I began assembling a house. I crafted thehouse and it said it was depositing the prototype into my inv. I saw a wearables factory in my inv. and assumed that it was the house(which I had forgotten about and failed to look at the name). I began to piece together the Guild Hall that was going to the same group and I finished it and it was going to be deposited in my inv. I told the people their stuff was completed, went to make another house and I got very confused as there was no new deed in my inv. I looked at the wearables factory and realized I had mistaken it for the house. I was in disbelief and went to the crafting station to see if it was in the output hopper still and there was nothing there. My inv. was sitting at less than half occupied. I thought maybe the deeds had also yet to show up, so I relogged and yet again the deeds were not there. I went back to the crafting stations and made a piece of crappy furniture to see if it would show up and nothing came out of it. I tried to craft a new tool and my weaponskit did the same thing with the new tool. I have checked every possiblity and I have yet to figure out the problem.
Here is the fun part - I sent in a CSR report about the three issues I had and I had gotten aresponse sent to everybody about major problems. Nothing on the list applied to this, so I replied to the CSR report noting that my issue was not discussed and I will need assistance. The next day I checked my ticket and it was Deleted. I was curious, annoyed, etc. and spent the day explaining why I "Can't craft" over "don't feel like crafting." I went to submit a new ticket and the old ticket reappeared with no response. I'm still waiting on another response, but I was curious to whether or not anybody else is have/has had this problem before. If there is a non-CSR fix to this please let me know.
the message said if i still needed help to add a comment on to the ticket. well a week later and i still have no response.
im really starting to get irked with the customer service.
in the last 8 days, ive lost a total of 45k 1000 UT ore, 2 heavy Mineral harvesters, and 8 medium mineral harvesters. (deeds)
when i saw the canned response i almost lost it. prior to this incident, it had taken me 4 weeks to get a reponse because my tickets kept getting deleted as well.
So im pretty hot under the collar about the recent events considering how much time and materials i have lost do to bugs.
