I am to begin working with a Novice Architect who will make walls for xp and sell them to me. What would you think a fair price is if the going rate on my server for structures is 3 credits per unit?

If you are going to do like some folks, only pay him 1 CPU. If you're being fair. 2.5-3.0 sounds fair. That's what I'd pay them (since that's what I figure in as my cost anyway)
