Thread: Can I create the Guild If I don't place the PA Hall but am on the Admin list?

Easiest way to do this is have a person place the PA Hall, create the guild, then have all the new members set their allegiance to you. This worked for us and I have been leader ever since. The change of ledership took about 9 days.

In order to save my lots I wish to have one of my members actually place the pa hall, he will then immediatly add me to the admin list. Can I then Create the Guild?
Or If not,
Can I place the guild hall, create the Guild then transfer ownership over to my member? if so how do i do that?
