Looks good, but I prefer the one at SWGcraft.com http://dynamic6.gamespy.com/~swgcraft/harvtool.php
You can punch in how you're getting power & the concentrations of the resources in question (wind, solar, mineral, etc.) and it calculates in all of your costs. Works great and the site also has the best info on the properties of various resources I've found!

I've updated this to include resource output calculations based on resource %. I'm not sure why I didn't include this originally...lol
