FACTORY CRATES!!!! What is the deal with fixing them so they come out when we click????? What is SO hard about this? This is right up there with flora harvesters, such an obvious, huge bug that affects all architects. I've got a customer waiting on a fusion generator, and I can't make it because my crate of TEN generator turbines won't unload. I've waited all day on this one, they won't come out. Okay, so I go make more....NOT A SINGLE CRATE WILL UNLOAD!!!!!!

**edit** is the deal here devs? CSR's are aware of the bug, yet no one fixes it?

And while you're at it, give me back my TWO heavy mineral harvesters you lost for me two days ago! TWO DAYS AGO! TICKET PENDING! ARGH! Sometimes I really ask myself why I'm still an architect.

And notice Devs never post anymore, yet it doesn't seem like much is getting done on the game? Did they get shipped to EQ2 like the rumor said in beta? Eh?

So now my ticket gets deleted without anyone talking to me.....

What kind of company is this? Anyone got a phone number for them? They ruined my day and then they delete my ticket!?

there's a post around somewhere stating they were deleting all tickets as a lot of tickets were fixed in recent patches and it would take longer to try to go thru them than if they delete them and ask people who still have problems to re-submit.

don't know if it will make any real difference, but there you go.
