Thread: What (or who) is actually needed to place a PA hall?

Is only the deed and 9 lots needed? Or do you need a whole bunch of your guildmates around for some other requirement as well?
I've read through many posts, but can't seem to find the answer...

I have a question too. How much do you have to pay for maintenance?

Just 9 lots, for a Tatooine one 7 lots. Thats in nothing else to it. Maint is: 2400 cr per day. On Natarius they sell for 600 - 800K depending on who you talk to.

Deed and 9 lots (7 for a Tatooine GH). I think thats all you need. Maintenance is 2400 a day (I think).
Great resource for at least some of this info - www.swgarchitect.com I dont know who made the site, but I refer a lot of people there when they are deciding on what kind of house they want, and house much mainteance costs are and stuff.
