I dont think you can tell by the deed, I could be wrong. Anyone know ?

capacity, extraction rate, excess maintenace credits and excess maintenance power are all recorded on deeds now (thank goodness)

It doesnt work for existing items on a vendor, you have to withdraw the sale, pick it up and resell it. I should not have done it with a solar as the base rate is 5 and it can only hole 1300 items
