How does one determine if a factory is good or bad? Is there something like BER for a factory... or is BER applicable to a factory?

Nope - currently a factory is a factory is a factory. We can't experiment on the factory rate. We *appear* to be able to experiment on its storage, but it doesn't do anything.

Thanks! So when I build one there's no significant difference between Marginally Successful and Amazingly Successful? Is the maintenance still the same?

Right now there is zero difference between a factory that just barely got assembled and had no experimentation on it and one that got an amazing assembly with experimented something (storage) up to 99%. *zero* difference
