Ore is always in low amounts. On the bright side, fields are always huge.

50% is average, 60% are great and 70%+ are more or less unheard of

I have 15 heavy harvesters on a 68% ore spot on naboo as we speak. This is on farstar.

I had 60 Heavies 2 weeks ago on a 73% spot for 8 days. My factories are still glowing from all the work...

I have been looking on Naboo - but it seems that it is pretty dry of Ore right now.

Got any good leads?
