On Bria the going price for a medium is around 50k (I charge 45k) and the price for a large is 100k (I charge 90-95k). Hope this helps.

I've charged 60k for medium and 120k for larges. Thats under 3 cpu for medium and under 3.5 cpu for large.

In Flurry, the main price is 60k-80k very few less than 50k,I sell them at 55k. And I ell smalls at 10k which is the usual price. I don't make larges,me and a friend are starting a partnership and he'll be in charge of larges and factories.

Of course you do have to take into account the cost of raw materials on your server. It wouldn't be smart to set your prices under the cost of the raw materials. I can often buy grind metal for 1-1.5 cpu and ore usually costs me 2-2.5 cpu. So if I sell a building for 3 cpu then its not a loss. As I keep saying the economy varies server to server that applies as much to cost of materials as it does to cost of finished goods.

I'd probably shoot for a better profit margin if I could but the market for houses is often a bit depressed and the prices have been driven down by competition. I don't sell too many buildings though and thats a conscious choice due to lack of demand and low profit margins.

I try to keep my vendor always stocked with:

3-5 of small naboo, small round naboo, and small generic (14K)
2-3 medium naboo and medium generic (80K / 90K)
1-2 large naboo and large generic (200K)

I primarily sell heavy harvesters but also a lot of furniture. I've got a good location just south of the Theed starport and get a lot of traffic. I sell 2-6 houses a week.

well i think its fair to get at least 5cpu for a finished product since i can sell the pure resources higher then 3cpu lol

that guys above work without real payment. thats their choice but in my opinion a bit stupid

so i calculate 5 cpu for finished structures, thats a fair price and people buy also.

My prices are closer to ZenDragonMLS's: 12.5 to 14k for smalls, 95k for mediums, and 200k for large houses. This is on Ahazi, but I can't tell you if the prices are comparable to other Architects. I don't pay much attention to what other Architects are charging as long as my stuff is selling.
