I just trained in Installations 4 and I do not see any schemas for the Fusion Generators or any of the Heavy Harvestors, is there something else I need for these?

Try using a structure crafting tool and a private structure crafting station or a weapon,droid and general tool and private crafting station. The private ones are those in somebodies house, if you don't have your own or a droid with a station built in.

Thanks, I will try a private crafting station next, I already tried on in a city but no good.

If you hit CTRL-D and go to the Schematics tab, it will tell you the requirements for each scematic (ie: Private Crafting Station and Specialized Crafting Tool).
