I ahve 1-2 mediums and a few solars everyhting else is just regualr ones that I make myself as master artisana nd just blow them up. Question is should I go get more mediums of differnet types or should I go for the heavy lvl 3 harvesters. Don't just say yes get them or no don't. Backup yor opinion with hard numbers and facts plz.

Miantiance rates?

power useage?

output max?

COST to redead and move it???

I know how much they cost to buy/make so I can factor that myself.

Mainly I'm enterested in minerals but I might end up with 1-2 chem and gas.

Heavies have 4x the maintenance and power requirements, but 3.5x the efficiency. So, they are not as efficient as the others, but if you are looking to max out production, you gotta have them. As aweaponsmith, I can't keep enough minerals in stock to keep grinding away, so I have no problem sacrificing a little efficiency for more stuff.

so you get 1/8 less per credit+power but it takes up less lots?

so in theory if I had friends helping me etc and had acces to says 32 lots its pointless to go above mediums??? Unless I jut need 400k os some specific thing which I won't

Not true. Hvy's produce 7 kg/hour, Med's 4 kg/hour and personal's 2 kg/hour. Power and maintis x3 of a personal.

well crap if that is true then heavys are a big advantage. are you 100% sure is 3X power and miantiance?

what about the number of personal lots used?

Correction to my above post. I'm very sorry about that, I was going by information that had been previously stated on these boards. After placing my first Heavy Harvester this morning, I can confirm that the efficiency is 7, and the maintenace and power requirements are indeed only 3x that of a personal harvester. So yes, Heavy harvesters are a huge advantage!

sigh

so bscialy the stats are

small 1 lot 1 power 1c = 2Khz max

med 1 lot 2 power 2c= 4khz max

large 1 lot 3 power 3c = 7khz max

So I guess larges are way better. Only problem is that means a large is like 4500c's to redeed and a furture to make.

now one thing i did notice is taht solars are WAY better than wind. The solars cost the same money as a windmill but hot only are they better khz its also far easyer to find 60% solar than even 45% wind.

What about the heavy power ones how do they work???

Fustion generators antone use one of these yet?

from what i understand all harvestors take 1 lot. it wuld be pointless to have a large if it took more because mediums take 1.

I agree. Large seems to be the way to go, and from what I hear Fusion are indeed 13/hr (unlike solar 8 and wind 5), and my house, until today, was surrounded by 75% radioactives.

The real downside is that I have seen the world go without radioactives for a couple days, never seen that with solar or wind.

Do Fusion Generators operate off the enviromental radioactives or must you harvest the radioactive and feed it to the Generator?

Jedi will be rare and difficult - No
Increased Dev communication - No
CU will balance combat - No
Most of the bugs from launch fixed - No
saintchuck will continue to pay - No

- I supported the CURB, the Devs and the attempt to make SWG a better game and have realized it didn't work so I'm quitting in less than 2 days and won't be tricked into coming back again. Trick me once, shame on you...
