I am a master artisan and nearly master architect and am trying my first large home. I heard that an energy distributor required a master artisand to make, but I can't see to figure out how.

Use a Weapons/Droid/General crafting kit at a crafting station. You'll see both the Energy Distributor and Power Conditioner schematics. Both are needed (along with a Generator Turbine) to make the Power Core Unit for a large house.

As a master artisan, I am supposed to be able to make these, yet I cannot figure out how... Anyone bless me with some understanding here?

Certain schematics require a public or even private crafting station. It should say on the schematic if you go to your data-pad and look at the schematic there.
