I have seen of late a medium house, NPC home with a front courtyard, including an iron gate and stone wall. I am wondering if a house for a PC can be designed with such features? I have a small home in Naboo and just bought a medium home, but really would like this feature.

That is an NC home, like a spawn area for some types of Humanoids. It can't be built by PC Architects.
