Is there a PC FAQ?

I was wondering what they decided about someone coming in and setting down a player city and being able to force other people in the area that already live there out?

If someone comes along and decides to start a player city where you are (PA), can they force you out or put you on their enemy list or whatever it is called?

The politician place is the best place to look for city info. Test center also has a lot of threads. There is a thread on PC griefing issues that sounds like what you are looking for on TC.
