experimentation will make it higher.

I made some 5BER heavy harvesting mechs last night and on final combine with experimentation they became 11 BER. I know not the best, but was pretty good considering the resources i had to use.

Hi, I made some pretty poor heavy extraction components with 3 BE rate, does that mean the final heavy harvester will have 3 BE rate or does the final combine make it higher? Thanks.
