I hear stuff about people being able to transfer buildings. Is it true? If so, I have another question, will the transfer affect lot count for the person being transfered too?

Thanks in advance. I had a friend to set up a factory for me...All the crates that came out said the object was made by her. . LOL. She seems to be gettting all the e-mails also.

Yes, you can use the /transferstructure command. The target player has to be next to you though, and must have sufficient lots to take ownership of the structure.
