I was building a medium harvester and hit 10 BER with a couple of exp points left over. I used them on the storage and only got a "moderate" result..... which then lowered my BER to 9.
WHY??
Is it possible to get over 10 BER if I got an amazing result for storage? If I figure out how to get some more exp points, could it be done?
Till then, I am not risking a 10BER by trying to raise storage.

I suppose it is a bug. If i experiment on storage and do not get an increase in extraction rate... no way can I accept getting moderate success or even critical failure on storage experimentation resulting in a reduction in extraction rate.

I stop when I get to 10 too, with the sources I am currently using on these the storage capacity is usually around 54k anyway, thats good enough for me

not sure why it does it, but I can tell you that I HATE it. As soon as I hit Max BER on a harvester I craft, regardless of the # of experimentation pts I have remaining.
People pay for the extraction rate, not a 5K bump in hopper size.
