Thread: transfering house to another player

Hi all. I just upgraded from a small house to a medium and am planning on selling my small house to another player. Is there any way to transfer the deed without taking the house down? Thx for your help. Siko

If the person doesn't mind redeeding the house himself/herself or doesn't mind living where you are currently living (therefore no need to redeed), then just use the /transferstructure command. To the best of my knowledge, just target the data terminal in the house, and then type /transferstructure charactername.


I've never tried it before, but from what i've gathered, that's how it works.
