Whats the trick to produce Manufacturing Mechs in a factory? I placed all the resources with 2 generators in the ingredient hopper and I get the message that it can't find the generators. I then placed all the resources with a crate of generators in the ingredient hopper and get the same message. Without 2 manufacturing mechs from a crate can I make a fusion gen? If not how can I get the factory to make them?

Sorry, have to ask the obvious questions first.

Did the gens come from a crate and did you use this crate to make the schematic?

If you did use crated gens, did you load them all individually? Some people have luck with factories unload from crates, I've never risked it and never had a problem, not even with power cores.

Some people have problems with factories and say the order in which you put the materials in is important. Did you put them in in the order they appear in the datapad?

Best guess since you are trying to make so few is that you hand crafted the Turbines.

Unfortunately this wont work.. as your schematic calls for aturbine with a specific serial number.

Therefor you must make both your schematic and your manufacturing units withTurbines from a factoty crate.Turbines from multiple crates will work, so long as all of the crates were made using the sameschematic.

My guess would be that you hand-crafted the first set of turbines, and when it didnt' work tried to put the crate in. You have to empty the crate, and then load them 1 by 1

AllI can tell you is what DID work for me. I made all my generators in the factory becuase I was having to make them anyway because you need identical generators for the schematic so, I made more than I needed.

I then unpacked the generators from the crate and put them in the hopper to make my mechanisms.
