I can't find any information about how to transfer a house to somone else in game. I have been told there is a /transferstructure command. How does it work? How can it tell which structure I want to transfer? Do I have the person receiving the transfer targetted? Any help would be appreciated.

(Target the structure)
/Transferstructure (Player Name)

It always worked for me.
