I have been away for a while what is the market these days for med 10 and 13 heavies??

Depends on the architect and the server economy. Best bet is to ask this question on your Galaxy Trade board. I've seen responses here on Medium BER10 from 20K to 100K, and BER13 from 100K to over 200K. Shop around for price, availability, and service.
