Architect Archive

I was kicking my heals around Mos Espa and stumbled into a NPC house in town (somewhere near a garage). As I walked through the house I keep thinking "Now that is cool!". There was mutliple kinds of paintings on the walls, furniture I have never seen before (I am a Master Architect) and just all around cool stuff.

Why can't we make this stuff? Artwork I can understand why WE can't make it, but how about giving IDs something to paint? Seems like it is already coded in game so what is the big hold up with making it player craftable or at least lootable?
