Thread: I was ROBBED by SOE!

Back on Jan. 16th, my account was BANNED for credit duping. Problem was, I didn't do it. They claimed I had over a BILLION credits in my account when at the time I didn't even have 2 million. After begging them to look at the logs on my account they said "oh SORRY we made a mistake" and released the ban on my account. Problem was, they didn't credit me the 10 days that they took from my account, plus instead of billing me on the 27th like they always did, they billed me on the 21st, when I reactivated my account.
So through all of this, I lost out on tens of thousands of credits worth of Minerals, My Race on Tatooine never happened because I couldn't log in, the Month of Jan. is pretty much down the toilet and all I get from them is "Oh sorry, we'll start taking your money again, Thanks!!"

My point is that yes it sucks and they should do something about it, but posting here on this board does absolutly no good other than to allow you a chance to get some steam off your chest. If it really matters that you lost 4.65 from the 10 days you couldn't play a game then contact SOE Accounts directly, send them a registered letter and cc the BBB about it.

That's a horrible story. I feel for you and I'm not being sarcastic...
but what does that have to do with being an armorsmith?

SOE....don't know what else to expect from them.
How could they made such a huge error by banning wrongly?

I'd be a little more sypathetic if you're weren't posting your sob story in the Architect forums of all places.

Instead of posting about it feel free to contact live customer support, they do fix these things
