Ok I made my first crafting station with the optional components so I can use it. But I don't see the hopper where I can put the ressouces in. What am I doing wrong or is it bugged? tks.

The option is on the tool. Hold you mouse over the tool while standing near the crafting station until the Access storage hopper appears above the start crafting option. It takes just a bit before it appears.

What's bugged about the hopper? Worked fine for me the last time I used it.
I don't use hoppers, in general... only because it's too much of a pain to put things in it and unload it. Once they add a feature where you can double click the craft station to open the hopper, then I'll use them.

There was a bug where you couldn't take things out of it
