How much would a class 7 radioactive at 766 overall quality go for by CPU?

Depends on the server.
Depends on who wants it.
I have not a clue as to why you'd ask architects - the ONLY reason we'd use radioactive would be for power, and then it's only dependent on PE. So the architect's answer to your question is about 1 cpu.
Post it on your galaxy trade board. I believe that combat medics use this (but no, don't go to their professional board either.)

Ya. You could ask for a price check on your servers trade forum.
We'd only use radio for power to put in our harvesters and OQ doesn't matter for that.
