Thread: New bunker house and other ideas
Hello all!
I do very much like what I see about the interiors, now... why not let us customize all interiors in a simular way? For instance, using the house terminals (on all style houses) why not let us choose between: Naboo Classical interior, Tatooine Interior, Generic Interior, and now the sleek contemporary Interior? That was all houses can have an instant "boost" to their look.
Additionally, why not get rid of the idea of a planet specific building and replace it with the ability to place all buildings on all planets, with the exterior facade defaulting to the planet norm.
With these two ideas you can greatly expand the player choices and satisfy two of the biggest complaints people have about customizations and the lack of choices.
So, you could have a Tatooine guild hall placed on Naboo with the extorier defaulting to the Naboo neo-Classica, and the owner could then choose to have which ever interior style he chooses (I do like the new look so I would choose the sleek contempary). Conversly, we could have a large Naboo style house placed on Tatooine and it could look like an old sand castle of sorts, and the interior default to whatever the owner wants.
Furthermore: the interiors of all the guild halls should have simular interior customizations. I would really like a traditional guild gall interior to look like this new sleek bunker! Also why not also make a far more palatial feel to the traditional guild halls? We should have a sense of walking into Theed Palace when we walk into a guild hall. Instead it is rather borning indeed. Lastly, why not allow the smaller one story guild halls... you know the one I am speaking of?... and allow that too to become craftable. More choices I say and with things already in game!
My two cents anyway. While I do love the new look of the interior of this new structure, I do love the balconies and roof top verands of the above ground building.
Will I ever be satisfied?!
Yes, indeed! Maybe we can make interior customization kits, 1 use per room modified to keep things simple.
One of the nicest things about the bunker house is the style of the interior. Now, if SOE will devote some resources to somedecorative and layout capabilitieswe and our customers have been asking for, this new structure will be less of a slap in the face and more of an opportunity for hope.
