Yes.
I don't recommend making the whole 1000, though, unless you have some SERIOUS decorating to do.
However, if you have access to recyclers, you can make the schematics using recycled resources and then control your output that way while still having a 1000 unit schematic available.

i can honestly say 1000 of these will last a liftime for the average vendor. try not to litter the streets with unused paintings.
First time I made factory runs of paintings, I made batches of 350 of each and I thought it was a lot of them. 
And I still have some left. I had only to make new batches of a few of them because I was sold out of the first few that came out.
